Agency Information Collection Activities for Application for Prevailing Wage Determination; Comment Request

[Notice] Notice; request for comments. The Department of Labor's (DOL) Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is soliciting comments concerning a proposed extension to the information collection request (ICR) titled "Application for Prevailing Wage Determination," and related information collection and retention requirements (OMB Control Number 1205-0508), which covers Forms ETA-9141, Application for Prevailing Wage Determination; Form ETA-9141, General Instructions; Form ETA-9141, Appendix A, Request for Additional Worksite(s); Form ETA 9165, Employer-Provided Survey Attestations to Accompany H-2B Prevailing Wage Determination Request Based on a Non-OEWS Survey; and Form ETA-9165, General Instructions. This action seeks to extend the forms without changes. This comment request is part of continuing Departmental efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). Dates: Consideration will be given to all written comments received by May 26, 2026.
